Youth Horticulture programs work with youth, primarily from grades 4 to 12. Programs on horticulture practices and nutrition vary based on the needs of the communities and schools. School staff (with support from Extension) conduct weekly or monthly 4-H programs at certain Knox County Schools as well as a Explorer Day Camp during the summer at UT Gardens.
