Pick is the fifth "P" in the "Five P's of Growing Vegetables in Containers."   And this is actually P#5a, as the focus is when to harvest cool-season vegetables that are grown in the spring and fall.   (A later video will focus on harvesting warm season vegetables like squash and tomatoes.)
