  • The Speakers Bureau prepares seasonal topics to present at community venues open to the general public through the year.  Presentations are given at 1) Cedar Bluff Branch Library on the first Saturday of each month at 1:30 PM and 2) Karns Senior Center on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 11 AM.
