Ivan Racheff House & Gardens & Arboretum

Racheff Gardens and Arboretum is the state headquarters of the Tennessee Federation of Garden Clubs. The house is on the National Register, with a 3.5 acre garden and arboretum. The gardens include several distinct areas, including a Japanese garden, fern garden, wildflower garden, children's garden, a registered way-station and pollinator garden and other areas. The Tennessee Urban Forestry Council certified the arboretum as a level 2, with more than 65 species of trees identified.
