Winter Sowing is a way to start cold-hardy seeds without grow lights and daily watering. If the seed packet mentions "stratification" or suggests sowing before the last spring frost, this process is for you. It leverages good 'ole Mother Nature along with your miniature greenhouse and miniature cold frame.
